"I enjoyed my stay at Row NYC! The hotel was clean, had enough space, very accessible to lots of New York’s attractions. The thing that stood out the most was Junior from the front desk. The hotel was very busy, but Junior made me feel like a priority. He has great customer skills and I hope I’m always greeted by him during my future stays. Junior, thank you so much for your friendliness and customer service skills. Thanks to you, I had a smooth, enjoyable stay."

"The staff was friendly and accommodating. The roof top pool is small and smells like chlorine, strong enough that my suit smelled like it after a wash. Shower curtains are too short and the bathroom floor gets soaked as a result. The room is clean but small."
