"This was the least expensive ocean front place on the boardwalk. Its old and hasnt been updated lately. But it was cheap and what we were looking for. If you want 5 star resort stuff this place isnt for you. If you want cheap, ocean, and boadwalk, this is your place. After getting to our room we noticed no towels or toilet paper. A quick trip to the front desk and they gladly give you what you need. If you want smoke free this may not be your place. Website doesn't say but it is smoking. They...

Our room was right by the pool enterance so we could hear the gate closing shut if people let it slam and our last neighbors had louder dogs but that would be my only complaints. We would stay again. "The properties in a pretty great location. Lots of traffic in and out of the parking lot because they have paid parking right next to the parking for the hotel. If you have a vehicle make sure it's secured because there are some unsavaries walking about. The staff are very nice people I enjoyed my stay."

"TLDR; did not stay due to concern on safety, no refund. I usually stay at recognized hotel chains but have decided to start checking out the smaller, local ones for their uniqueness. I base hotel solely on customer reviews and not on stars. A few days prior to my trip I noticed that the reviews had changed to one that did not meet my standards.
