"At first we had a room that wasn’t so pleasant but thankfully that night we were moved to more comfortable room. I would suggest an upgrade to the rooms on the 3rd floor. That was where our first room was located. The room we were moved to was on the 11th floor which was a huge difference! It was more updated clean and comfortable! I appreciate the help from the front desk especially Angelica who was the night staff. She made sure my fiancé and I were moved immediately that evening to a better room. Also the day staff was helpful by removing resort fees due to us having to wait an hour after check in due to housekeeping being behind on cleaning rooms. Overall we had a good stay and would definitely come back again as long as we are able to stay in a room that we had on the 11th floor!!!"
