In line with its charming character, stairs are steep to rooms and floorboards wonky, so not good for people with reduced mobility. The en-suite in the room was large, bed comfortable. "Great location, close to several underground stations, shops etc and Kensington gardens. Very quiet street, we had windows open at night and were not disturbed. Good rooms, although a bit small when the sofa bed was made, it was difficult to fit 4 at the table. A quite small kitchen but fine to make breakfast. No freezer. Very comfortable beds and great cleaning. Very nice area with lots of nice restaurants"
