"I was very impressed that despite the lift not working from the ground floor where the taxi dropped us off, staff spotted us and came down to help us up via the service lift. It would not have been fun carrying all that luggage we had up one floor. They also helped us book a taxi for the morning as we wanted to use the upper class wing at Virgin Atlantic. Super service. Would absolutely stay again."

"Great little hotel, prised well. Close to shops, restaurants, bars and main transit artery. Not close to major tour attractions. But convenient walking distance to transit stations. Nice shower, friendly staff. Has a little coffee eatery upon entering the property. Good option if on the budget."

"The hotel is really well located near a vibrant part of London with lots of street cafes etc. also of course near the Wellcome and BM and many U of London colleges not to mention being right opposite one of the famous garden squares of this area. The hotel is huge and rather standard in what it offers with a nice dining room and standard British breakfasts. Perfect for a shortish stay in N London."
