"First time to the area, for a family wedding at another venue. Staff were great, friiendly with out being over bearing. Room was clean and well maintained and although we only had bar snacks and drinks on site, they were great."

It was also great because we went with our in laws who are quite old and can’t climb stairs so having everything on ground floor was the best thing. The property location- since there is no particular post code, having some sort of banner to direct towards the property. 2. Description of water, when I first read, I was under impression that there is no hot water in the property. I feel the information about water is immaterial as there is no difference to how normally water is used in England Mention of underfloor heating- since there is UFH, it’s amazing to have this. Mentioning this will enhance the rentablity. The exhaust fan over the cooker- we couldn’t find the switch so we had to use a stool to operate that. Put some extra tissue paperOverall this is one of our best stay in recent time. I would definitely recommend this place. "
"Good position for shops and restaurants the flat had everything we needed for our short stay. Plenty of space for two people. Very nice bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and the heating was very effective on chilly evenings. Perhaps a little tired now and in need of some paint and repairs especially the kitchen floor, and some information about how things work would be useful."
