Usually don’t get that kind of service at free breakfast. Super close to port authority subway. Plenty of restaurants around. Parked across the street using SpotHero app. Would definitely stay there again. "

All three staff members stopped to deal with this man, a member of management NEVER left the office to the left of the check in desk to provide help. The line of customers waiting to check in grew to over 15 with no one helping us. We waited over 30 minutes to check in. We tried self check in and it said we were not eligible for self check and we had to go to the check in desk. Management should have come out to handle the upset customer while the staff at the desk continued to check guests in. To have us wait in line for 30 minutes was unacceptable. "
