"Perfect location, near Times Square & Broadway and local subway station "

"Convenient location between Port Authority Bus Terminal and Penn Station. Near all the major subway lines, lots of easy food and Time Square. Downside was that open front seating area attracted homeless. Main door didn't work entire week and elevators were a huge bottleneck and delay. Housekeeping staff made this much worse by propping elevator doors open continuously. They also knocked on door to do housekeeping early in the day when a "Do Not Disturb" sign was out. Net-net functional with no real sense of customer care. Oh well, it's a Holiday Inn at a good price. What should one expect?"

"Hotel stay was wonderful. If I could change anything it would be for the bathrooms to not be all glass enclosed. Solid walls and doors would be so much better for privacy. "
