About this property

Cozy round log villa with SwimSpa, whirlpool and sauna

  • The cozy wooden house, which is to rent as a complete object, with a spacious garden extends over 300 square meters on a total of 3 floors. It has 5 bedrooms and a bedroom connected to one of the bedrooms with a bunk bed.

    In the garden there is a year-round outdoor jacuzzi and a beautiful outdoor sauna (for the outdoor sauna incurs additional costs if used).

    Three of the bedrooms and a shared bathroom are located on the top floor of the wooden chalet.

    The lowest floor is designed as a separate apartment and also has a cozy infrared sauna for 2 people. Except from the bunk beds, all beds are large double beds with 180x200cm lying surface. In total there are two bedrooms in the lower living area.

    The lower living unit also has complete underfloor heating and also a very cozy BIOFIRE basic oven.

    Both units are first class, especially in the kitchens.

    The upper living unit offers space for 14 people on a long table.

    Parking is available in front of the villa.
    The villa is embedded in the beautiful nature of the Eifel. Immediately on the Burgen hiking trail invites the stay to discover nearby castles such as Wildenburg or the castle Reifferscheid.
    Even for children there is much to discover in this still untouched nature.

    Due to the location of the villa in the beautiful nature here are the nearest local shops (net market / bakers / butchers) about 3 km away. Regular storage is recommended for the stay.

    In winter, many nearby mountain hiking trails and meadows offer opportunities for tobogganing.

    Nice tour groups, especially families and hiking groups are welcome.
    For corporate incentives, we will gladly prepare an individual offer for you, especially in the period between Monday and Friday.

    For bowling, bachelor parties and similar travel groups, this villa is unfortunately not provided.

    In particular, pure groups of men are not admitted due to negative experiences without agreement. We kindly ask you to search for a more suitable accommodation for the purpose of your journey or to consult us in advance.

Pleasant stay at lovely house

Very Nice and comfortable house

Nice spacious house. A little bit more light in the house would be Nice. Of you stay here with Friends or family it is very ok. I would rather not stay in the lower appartement with stangers on the top flour as it may be noisy.

Die Gastgeber Familie ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Da es zZ in der Umgebung ein Wasserproblem gegeben hat, stellten sie uns noch extra 2 Kisten Wasser ins Haus.Wir würden mit einem netten Gastgeschenk empfangen und haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Falls wir in dieser Region nochmal ein Treffen planen wird es definitiv diese Unterkunft.

We hebben met onze familie een heerlijk weekend gehad in deze prachtige villa. Het huis is ruim, schoon, luxe en van alle gemakken voorzien. In de grote keuken is aan alles gedacht; van koffie en koffiefilters, tot afwasmiddel en vaatwastabletten. De wellness voorzieningen zijn heel mooi en heerlijk om van te genieten. De eigenaar is heel vriendelijk en het in- en uitchecken verliep goed. Een heerlijk adres voor een vakantie in de Eiffel!

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt! Man merkt sofort, dass die Wohnung und das gesamte Haus mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet wurden. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und hatten jede Menge Spaß.Ein großes Lob auch an den Vermieter: Er war jederzeit erreichbar, super freundlich und hat sich wirklich schnell um alles gekümmert. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wir waren zu elft zu Besuch (6 Erwachsene und 5 Kinder) und waren alle begeistert. Wir haben viel Zeit auf der direkt daneben liegenden Wiese mit Fußballtoren verbracht und das Haus mit seinen Möglichkeiten (Pool, Sauna, Whirlpool, Kicker, Dart) ist einfach nur genial. Auch das es nochmal eine etwas abgetrennte Wohnung im Haus gibt war für uns perfekt.Die Sahne auf der Torte waren noch die Gastgeber. Familie Misch ist sehr hilfsbereit und äußerst freundlich.Definitive Buchungsempfehlung

Das sehr schöne Holzhaus hat unsere Erwartungen weit übertroffen,die Ausstattung ist sehr gut ,die Sauna, Whirlpool und Swimmspa haben wir trotz winterlicher Witterung sehr genossen.Wir als Familie konnten den Geburtstag super genießen.Das Haus hat uns so sehr beeindruckt das wir sicherlich nochmal kommen werden.Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend,kurz gesagt es ist alles sehr zu empfehlen.

Da gibt es nichts zu beanstanden!Die Familie Misch geht sofort auf Fragen und Wünsche ein und beantwortet die Fragen sehr zügig. Vor der Ankunft super erkärte Infos bekommen. Das Haus war, wie beschrieben, in einem 1a Zustand. Alles, was benötigt war, war auch da. Die Küchenausstattung ist mehr als ausreichend. Wir waren zu 12t.Nach der Abreise bekam ich direkt einen Anruf mit Dank, dass wir da waren, und der Frage, ob alles gut war. Klasse!Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Dankeschön für alles!

Wir hatten einen Kurztrip mit einer größeren Gruppe und waren rundum zufrieden! Das Ferienhaus ist wunderschön, sehr sauber und hervorragend ausgestattet – es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Die Räume sind gemütlich und modern eingerichtet, und auch die Außenbereiche laden zum Entspannen ein. Der Kontakt war freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können das Haus absolut weiterempfehlen!

Der Kontakt zum Gastgeber war sehr angenehm. Die Unterkunft ist optimal ausgestattet umauch in der du klären Jahreszeit die Seele baumeln zu lassen und sich richtig gut zu erholen. Für unsere Konstellation wäre es noch besser gewesen, wenn die obere und untere Wohnung innliegend verbunden wären. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt.

Wir waren nun schon zum dritten Mal in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus und sind jedes Mal aufs Neue begeistert! Der Gastgeber ist herzlich und aufmerksam – es hat uns an absolut nichts gefehlt. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man für eine erholsame Auszeit braucht: Pool, Sauna und Whirlpool sind einfach traumhaft. Auch die Region ist wunderschön und lädt zu schönen Wanderungen ein. Wir haben unseren nächsten Aufenthalt bereits gebucht und freuen uns schon riesig. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Wunderschöne und saubere Anlage, der Vermieter antwortet sehr schnell und ist sehr freundlich. Es gibt nur zwei minimale Kritikpunkte, die Messer in der Küche waren nicht besinders scharf und wir waren erst mit der Bedienung der Sauna etwas verwirrt, aberbdas tut dem gesamten nichts. Es war ein widnerbarer Urlaub, der gerne hätte länger sein dürfen, sehr gerne wieder.
