"The property has lots of public transport options . But the main highlight is its staff. I was greeted by hotel staff Kate who was so lovely. I had some medical issues and she went above and beyond to check me in early and made sure my room had the necessary facilities to keep me comfortable. Such staff deserve a medal for their excellence "

"Great interior design, lovely bathroom in particular, comfortable mattresses, great breakfast (but need to swap American pancakes to standard pancakes and cook fresh to order like omelettes) and in a great position for all amenities."

"Good location. 15 minutes from the airport. On-site parking for 15GBP/day. Room is clean and bed is not too bad. Amenities could use an upgrade, especially coffee choice. "
