Great service and amenities - perfect spot for a relaxing getaway on a beautiful property overlooking the Loch. We especially enjoyed the salt and steam rooms overlooking the loch. Great food and lounge.
Great customer and friendly service. Well appointed and clean rooms. Dogs are also very welcome. Food was lovely at both dinner and breakfast. Very nice stay .
The updates to this property are well considered from the wonderful spacious shower to the king size bed. Food at the restaurant is well above average. The duck and the lamb were excellent.
Our room was very warm. Heater was on when we arrived. Turned it off & opened windows but it took a couple hours to cool room down. Table fan helped. Pictures of bathrooms in website showed that there were very spacious. But in fact our bathroom quite small. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk into town. Overall the hotel was pleasant & staff very accommodating. Breakfast was plentiful & good.
What a treat to stay at this hotel! Sitting in the indoor hot tub with the views across the loch was magical and something I won’t forget. The spa was immaculate and a real treat after a long day of driving.
Rooms were beautifully decorated, staff were friendly, and it is a very dog friendly hotel. 10/10

Nice location but rooms are a bit outdated
The Spa area is rather small and the outside area (which is also very small, a sauna for 4persons max and a hot tub with 3seats) is charged separately by the hour and requires an individual booking.
This hotel was top-notch on every level. The staff was welcoming and helpful at every aspect of our stay. The restaurant was amazing and I would recommend eating here more than any other place in town, and that is not to discredit any other establishment...it's just that great!
Staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Very quiet and picturesque location. Excellent breakfast and spa. Only slight negative is we upgraded to a Deluxe room and I would suggest it was average rather than deluxe.

Just love going to this hotel. The decor is lovely, rooms comfortable, breakfast excellent, staff all lovely and a fabulous spa & pool
The spa and room was very clean. They must take pride in their hotel. The food was perfect. Unfortunately the hot tub overlooking the loch [we booked in advance] was cleaned just before we arrived so we had to use the one round the side of the hotel but over all it was a very relaxing experience and wouldn't let that put us off booking here again.
Could not have wanted for a better stay
Cleaned to a high standard
Staff are extremely helpful
Spa was top notch the jamacoozy (how my daughter says it 😀) was as hot as a bath with the best view over the water
And the breakfast 😋 again brilliant
Thank you all for making our stay amazing
