"Great room with lovely seating area in the middle of Ilfracombe. Carparking handy and cheap. Lots to do and see. Just one problem with the gutter outside the room leaking with heavy rain and very noisy. A part from that, perfect, with Woolacombe bay surfing just 15mins down the road."

"A traditional B&B in a Victorian terrace, with clean, spacious, comfortable rooms. There are a lot of stairs and it’s uphill from the town so not suitable if you have mobility difficulties. Breakfast had lots of choice, with good vegan options too. We recommend taking up the option of paying for their private parking as there was never any space on the street."

"We had a lovely stay at this property. A nice walk to the harbour, you have to expect the hills! The House had everything we needed for our stay and a lovely well equipped kitchen. Good communication with hoste throughout. The parking space at the house was tricky to get to if no spaces are available at the front of the house. Overall a very enjoyable stay"

"The apartment was light and airy. Plenty of room for our family of 4. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect and very easy to park in the nearby car park. All in all, a very pleasant stay... The only thing that might be a problem for some is climbing the staircase with luggage and I don't remember reading anything about multiple flights of stairs."
