"Clean and comfy. They accommodated my first floor, near a door request. Thanks! I do wish they offered breakfast, but the price makes up for it."

"We stayed 2 nights while we visited for the Upheaval Festival. The room was perfectly clean. We had a King Jacuzzi room and the setup was better than many we stayed in. The tub had its own separate room with a tv and its own air conditioner that was separate from the main room. Great water pressure and hot water no matter what time of day. Room was spotless when we arrived. Check in was fast and easy. Staff was good. Had very little interaction, but zero problems. Breakfast was similar to most places. Nothing amazing, but nothing terrible. Good fuel for a few busy days. "

"This property excels in the comprehensive nature of the room, always pool area workout area and there extensive breakfast or teams traveling to the area. It’s especially useful with large parking areas good area, stretch and exercise outside but conveniently located on the beltline which is a good route in and out city 96 very convenient very well run Bravo Zulu"

"We always stay at this hotel when visiting for shows. It has always been clean and efficient. Its nice to have the bar/restaurant in the lobby. It is walkable to many restaurants and Van Andel arena."

"Not a bad hotel but the location is very iffy… it’s right on 28th street with a lot of questionable people walking around and hanging out in the parking lot. Don’t leave any valuables in your car."
