"The room was so horrendous horrible. The bathroom door did not shut so we had to put the trash can to keep it shut. There were stains all over the bedsheets and couch. The main light in the restroom was burned out so we had to use the little light. "

"I was disappointed in the way the breakfast and mgr reception was described in the hotel details and then when we got there found out the mgr reception had been discontinued and the breakfast was not as nice as we thought it would be. Out of coffee, rotten bananas, runny eggs. Very poor quality. Room was clean and was very close to the hospital my husband had surgery at. So location and room is why I scored like I did. "
