"We stayed overnight and were very happy with our stay . We stayed in a standard room that had microwave and a fridge. Both worked . Air conditioning was effective and we had to turn it down to keep the temp comfortable. The room was clean and the bed was very comfy. The shower was strong with different settings . The only issue I experienced was the hot water in the washbasin faucet . It was lukewarm and not hot . Breakfast was sumptuous with plenty of choices . There was omelette, sausages , biscuits ( that more like a bun ) , muffins , cinnamon rolls , apple , bananas. Coffee was nice and hot and everything was plenty . All in all a very comfortable stay ! "

"The property is very nice the rooms are also excellent they have everything you need. The pool area has a grill and the outside property is clean. There are no random walkers and the parking area overnight is or what I feel is safe for you. 5 stars from me and my children!!!!!!! Will always stay here when coming down to Houston. The rooms have a nice dishwasher, refrigerator and a two burner stove! The room was clean beds, bathroom clean do you hear me!!!!!!!! Staff is excellent and super helpful! Stay here tell everyone you know to stay here eating places, shopping within 10 minutes. Walmart 13 minutes along all the eating places. Thank for the most enjoyable stay that we have ever had!!! Impressed I must say!"

"Air conditioning was broken in our king suite and the hotel was booked solid but they gave us a standard double queen and bumped the reservation from a guest who hadn’t checked in yet (poor folks). When we got to the room, one of the beds had already been slept in but we had no other options so we slept in the other one. If you like a nice hot shower, let that dream die here, the water doesn’t get very hot and there’s not enough water pressure to even make it to the shower head. There is a $100 a night price difference between the room we paid for and the one we had to stay in so I’m still trying to get that back. I forgot to mention that it was Spring Break. There was literally someone outside throwing up in the parking lot and a couple on the other side yelling at each other and pretty much everyone was half naked and it was only 7pm so kids were still coming through the lobby which is crappy. I’m just surprised, I definitely wouldn’t expect this from a hotel like Hyatt Regency. "

"The room smelled like mildew after a recent rain. I worried about my clothes smelling like mildew after leaving so I kept most in the suitcase and closed it. There were holes in the duvet cover and the room felt dirty. Mattress was stiff and the pillows were generally flat. Very uncomfortable the first night and I hardly slept. Room was not cleaned daily. There was no soap or shampoo in the unit. I had to buy my own. Bathroom tissue is one ply and towels were old and rough. There was a coffee maker in the room with no cap on water reservoir and no coffee to make. Outside trash cans were overflowing and there was a cigar wrapper outside my door when I left after the first night. The TV remote was missing the back cover. The bedside outlet was loose and hanging partially out. Loveseat was old and felt dirty. I had to brush my feet off before putting on socks in the morning. The complex appears to be rented out to others on a long term basis so there were ashtrays and objects outside of the rooms and it felt like I was at a Section 8 apartment complex versus a hotel. People were yelling at 2 am, slamming doors, and cursing. It was not a pleasant experience and I will not be returning. Really more of a 1-star experience, but I am being generous with a 2 as at least it was low priced which I realized the reason for after staying 2 nights. If you are on a tight budget it keeps the rain off your head for a night, but otherwise poorly managed and would not recommend! "

"An employee came banging on the door at 5 am demanding that I pay to fix his mistake. He claimed he only charged me 15$ for the room. As I was half asleep, I handed him my card to take care of it. He came back saying he charged me for 2 days instead of the one. Then I realized he had the wrong room. They refunded it, but it was insanity for that to happen"
