"When I got to this hotel that I had made a reservation for, they told me that they had no rooms available which caused me to scramble to find another hotel. Then they have the nerve to charge me for one night. When I called all they would say was it was their policy. I am seriously rethinking about using Expedia for my reservations ever again. "

"It was a very disappointing experience. My family and I stayed one night after a late check-in past midnight. When we entered the room, it smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and even had ashtrays inside. The walls were dirty and appeared not to have been cleaned in quite some time, and the overall condition of the room felt run down. We were so uncomfortable that we chose not to stay for our second night and forfeited the cost. We ended up finding another hotel and left as quickly as possible....

"The beds were not comfortable . The room was clean and front staff was very pleasant. I would stay here again but if you have a wheel chair the room 100 is not good bathroom is to small and they said it was handicap. . I would still rate it good price for that area and convenience to stores. "
