"Hotel is directly across the street from a modern shopping mall with lots of food choices. There’s a John Lewis department store. Walk through t the mall’s other side to find a major bus center including the Oxford bus to Heathrow. The hotel has 2 guest elevators, only one of which worked during my 4-day stay.
