"Parking was good and food at the Bistro was nice too. Hotel is old and rooms inside are adequate but run down and a bit noisy (if you get noisy neighbors). You get what you pay for."

"Lovely cosy stay with lots of little touches to make it great! Very clean and set up with everything you need. Beautiful spot and being able to enjoy the fire was extra special. "

"Nice location with great views from the rooms. The rooms however do need a modernization (the bathrooms in particular) and the floors were a bit smeary with residue of cleanser. Be aware that the road leading there has many pot-holes (a warning sign would be helpful, especially when arriving in the dark) and while that may not be in the purview of the hotel, those on the driveway and parking area should at least be fixed by the hotel."

"Rooms and location was perfect for venturing to the Glow Worm Tunnels and Zig Zag Railways. As it was Easter the restaurant was closed so cannot comment on that. "

"We were unable to stay due to a few unexpected things cropping up. Great choice to stay if attending a wedding at Collits Inn. Heather was always prompt with her communication. Disappointed we couldn’t have our night away."
