"Room was clean. Shower leaked so we called to get more towels. Called twice 2 but they never came, I don’t like the fact that you have to walk through the smoking section of the casino to get to the hotel if you enter the casino off the street."

"Beautiful property centrally located and close to the People Mover. Easy valet parking. There is an onsite bar and restaurant serving a buffet breakfast at a reasonable price. The only downside was we booked a one bedroom suite for three people. The third was just a fainting couch, and we had to hunt down bedding for it."

"Great location. Short walk to fast food, Mexican fare and the riverfront. Bus stop in front of property takes you right downtown quickly. Quiet cozy hotel and I absolutely loved the charming workout room. Front desk workers were friendly. I could definitely stay here again."

"Close by to amenities, unique set up for Coffee an snack stations. Front desk desk needs to be more friendly an even during a phone call Say “hello I’ll be with you shortly.” Not just have myself stand there staring n having nothing said at all.."
