Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, man kann mit etwas Zeit zu Fuß zum Strand laufen. Parkplätze und Lademöglichkeiten für BEV auf dem Parkplatz und gegenüber bei der Shell Tankstelle sind vorhanden.
Aber das Hotel ist in schlechtem Zustand: die Stange für den Duschvorhang war schlecht befestigt und hing herunter, der Hocker im Zimmer konnte nicht benutzt werden, da er zusammenzubrechen drohte. Das Fenster zum Parkplatz ließ sich nicht schließen, da sowohl der Fensterrahmen als auch der Fensterbeschlsg verbogen waren.
