We are close to the picturesque harbour town of St Ives and only a 5 minute drive from the beach, perfect for surfing, soaking up the sunshine or taking a walk along the coastal paths enjoying the amazing views over St Ives Bay. There is ample parking at Tre View.



Bedrooms:
The double bedroom is positioned on the first floor at the front of the house.
It contains a oak wardrobe and chest of drawers. Adjacent to the bedroom is a wc and washbasin.

Bathrooms:
The spacious brand new bathroom is situated on the ground floor, it is fully equipped with wc, electric shower and washbasin.


Kitchen:
The galley style kitchen is situated on the first floor with views to St Ives. Fully equipped with electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave, ironing board & iron.

Living Rooms:
The spacious and light lounge/dining area on the first floor is situated on the first floor, with views over to St Ives and the Towans. There is a very comfortable sofa, dining table with chairs, flat screen TV/DVD and electric fire.

Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service:
All bedding and towels are included in the price (with the exception of beach towels)
