Enjoy outside seating in a lush garden, a sunroom with luxe finishes and space to relax in an open plan living / dining space with a well-equipped kitchen & breakfast bar and downstairs w.c. to the front of the property and a dedicated parking space directly outside the front door.
Perfect for families who are looking for the convenience of modern living, in a location which is perfect for exploring West Cornwall. Coming home to Queensway Gardens at the end of a day's sightseeing and adventuring will invite you to fully relax. Enjoy slow evening meals and the last of the evening light from the garden and sunroom or cosy up in the lounge with a good book or movie.
This home from home is conveniently located in Hayle, with easy access to Copperhouse and its cafe's pubs and shops. Just a short drive to the beaches of Harvey's & Mexico Towans and around 15 minutes from St. Ives and Penzance.

The beaches are accessible from Hayle, with parking at Harvey's Towans just beyond North Quay. Riviere Towans, Phillack Towans & Mexico Towans are all close by.

At Queensway Gardens you are a short drive from many well known places such as St. Ives, Penzance and Lands End. Many visitors enjoy not only the beautiful countryside and beaches but the picturesque fishing villages and historic sites West Cornwall has to offer.
For ocean enthusiasts, Hayle is a popular destination for surfers, kite surfers, paddle boarders and kayakers alike with great conditions for various watersports along St. Ives Bay.
