This superb home is located right on Jimmys Beach. Breezy open plan living spaces that flow to the outdoors Wide front deck offers easy entertaining areas. Four generously proportioned bedrooms, all with built-ins. Main bedroom has access to balcony and beach views Ducted reverse cycle air conditioning through out, Separate air conditioned Games room with billiard table. Tandem lock-up garage with internal access. Walking distance to Hawks Nest village, shops and eateries Sleeps 10 (2 singles, 1 single bunk, 1 trio bunk, 2 kings) This property does not have WIFI - LINEN IS NOT SUPPLIED
Linen is available for hire from us and the cost is $22 per person.

Over all great place

fantastic location,clean,beautiful property inside.Games room was an added bonus.Cannot fault this place,service was fantastic.Would highly recommend for all ages.Great family house.

Property eas not cleaned or disinfected beforehand

Not sure why a cleaning fee is charged when the cleaning lady arrived the following day after checking in. Dishwasher had not finished its cycle and left with dirty water, waste bin outside was full, there should be a second bin purchased from council instead of getting visitors to arrange disposal of rubbish, maybe use the money charged for the cleaning that doesn’t get done. Left the place better than what was found. Second time at the property but definitely the last.

Cleanliness issue, only stayed for the view

The property wasn’t clean at all. It has spider webs, layers of dusts, dead insects here and there, dried leaves covered the balcony, front entrance everywhere. Looks like no one entered this place for long time. Took multiple photos of the property of how unclean it was. Only the beach view was the main attraction for which we stayed there. Their hot water didn’t work either. The first day none of us could take shower as the water was frizzing cold. After informing the owner/ office they sent an electrician on 2nd afternoon to fix it. The toilet wasn’t clean either. Balcony sitting area and bbq was also full of dust and spider webs. Couldn’t use the bbq machine either as it needed to be cleaned first. Under the lounge and bed there was layers of dusts. And lots of dead insects here and there even in the gaming room there’s huge dead spider on the floor. Everything else was alright. The view from the house was really good. My concern is as they’re charging extra $250 on top of the booking fee as cleaning fee but they didn’t even showed the courtesy to clean the house, not even just vaccum before our arrival this is really unfair and unprofessional.

Ideal location, very comfortable house with good amenities, including a detached snooker room!

As above. We enjoyed the snooker room. However the lack of wardrobe space in the 2nd bedroom was disappointing and the small outside table very rusty.

Relax and enjoy!

The property was very clean and well equipped. Perfectly suited our group of 6 women. Enough beds for us all without sharing, spacious, clean. Comfy lounges, good showers. We hired linen and were disappointed to see we still had to make beds on arrival but that was the only negative. Excellent view and beachfront location. Short stroll into the shops. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at this property. We had such a relaxing time and were very happy to unwind. We would love to return to the property as a group but would also be good for 2 families.

The Best!!!

We loved this house and location! Rather than a camping trip, we decided to find a house during these hard times just to get away from life, work and Sydney for a long weekend! This place is on the beach, has a pool table, huge yard and fire pit! The views are to die for. Just the best! Thank you!!!
