"From the lovely welcome at check in to the Helpful server at breakfast who was fabulous in helping me in a wheelchair access a suitable table. It was a fantastic stop over prior to our cruise. It will be our first choice in future."

"Needs a little tlc in some areas... receptionist was more interested in chit chatting rather than helping me out with a problem in my room and I was expected to wait 2 hours for a remedy!!! If it wasn't for Cameron in the restaurant this place would be worse the management need to take a closer look at what he does and the hours he works and offer him management training"
