"Great location, very close to most things, clean room and nice view of park, also well heated for winter, friendly staff with easy check-in/out. Good Italian restaurant (Portofino) directly accessible from inside hotel. Definitely would stay here again.
The only negative is limited hotel carparks and tight to get into, but there is a public paid carpark across the road."

"The room my sister and I got was very spacious, fancy and cozy. We had a TV that we could watch YouTube on! There was a hot tub in the room, comfortable beds with tight fitting sheets, we where given free milk, and there was great annemities like soap bars, shower caps and a variety of coffess and teas. And the free parking was very helpful as we had travelled to Napier via car. This is a very lovely and convenient motel in Napier where you can access the Marine Parade and be close to great restaurants for breakfast or dinner. I will definitely be coming back."
"If you ever need a nice hotel to stay it this is the one. Affordable prices and yet situated in a nice area. The room was clean staff were inviting and friendly , check in was easy aswell. But i definitely will say the shower was perfect to. 2nd time I have come back in the last couple years and I always love happy. 100 percent recommend to anyone"
