"On arrival it was very evident the caravan had not been cleaned for some time. Full stinking bin, bathroom was disgusting. Caravan smelt rancid. I immediately took photos and sent to owner who refunded us £30 which apparently is the cost of the cleaner! Not the best start to a weekend away having to clean up other people’s mess. "Room size was very good, we stayed in a twin room. Lovely walk in shower room. Everything we needed for a 1 night stay. Tea and coffee making facilities. Only downside was there's not a mini fridge in the room. Lovely and clean and we will definitely be staying again. Excellent value for the money] money and plenty of free parking. Much closer to the town centre than we had anticipated. Great stay thank you "

Perfect for overnight B&B

"Very comfortable, functional & convenient stay. I needed one nights B&B as I was playing in 2 England Golf competitions. North Shore was perfect. Relatively small room but wasn’t in it very long, so didn’t matter. Excellent breakfast. Bar in the evening was very quiet but the bar staff were very friendly & helpful."

"xeptional apartment.cery clean.if we had one thing to sa y in complaint it would be to heavy duvet.but you are not the olly buisness with this problem. we hae noticed it i nmany appartments/guest houses/4/5star hotels are also guilyy of the same complaint.yes the appartment was exceptonal.we would hope to return at soome point but at 86yrs oldwe cannot sat for certain."

"This is probably one of the best places, in Skegness, we have ever stayed in, over the last 30 years. It is dog friendly too. Lovely owner and staff. Nothing too much trouble. Excellent breakfast and spotlessly clean throughout. Well done and thank you. I highly recommend and we will stay again. "
