"I got to the hotel earlier than check in time, but the staff was accommodating with holding my bag's until check in time. When I arrived to check in they already had my bags put into my room for me. So many more things the staff did, but I must say the experience was just awesome. I wish there was a six star rating because this hotel deserves it. "Added the breakfast. It was wonderful! The selection was terrific. If you don’t want to add it there are plenty of options around the area. I speak very little Japanese and there were no problems at all. Everyone was as very friendly and had great patience with me. "
