"The property is not being well maintained. It is old and falling apart. Our room did not have a mirror. The sink was falling down and there is no hot water. But I think the hot water thing is the country so I don't want to go there. There's cats everywhere and there's trash and all of the gardens are not maintained at all and you're in a tropical area that is terrible. "Staying here for my second time at Puerto Rico was so nice and Beautiful. I would for sure recommend staying here (:"

"Amazing! The service, the food, the room... everything. We were received with kindness and attention to every need could've possibly had. The owners were really sweet! About the rooms: we still think about the bed. It was so incredibly comfortable. Lovely view and the pool we had all to ourselves. Please don't miss the chance to book your stay here! You won't regret it."

"Excelente servicio ubicación"

"La propiedad esta abandonada. Estacionamiento sin guardias. Cinco piso sin ascensor. No me encantó."

"Bien bonita vista a La playa desde el balcón."

Nos gustó el trato de chico Sean quien fue amable y servicial y orientador. Que no me gustó? Que pase algo perdido por falta de rótulo mas visible o llamativo del lugar."

And there is no staff on the premises although I was able to reach the staff by sending messages through the Expedia app. I booked the Pink room for myself and my father and there are two large beds and an en suite, perfect for us. The AC was kicking in our room which was great cause we were here during August...

"Excelente lugar, las facilidades limpias, un lugar acogedor, y fácil; de hacer el check In, Lo recomiendo 100%, al igual lo consideraría nuevamente."
