"The hotel is beautiful and perfectly situated for visiting the Chelsea Flower Show, Harrods and V&A museum. The room was fantastic and the front of house staff were friendly and very helpful however, the restaurant lets this hotel down. The food took too long to arrive and the staff were not very attentive. They appeared to be under pressure even when the restaurant was not particularly busy.
