"Check in was awesome, the front desk attendant was very accommodating and easy. Lobby was beautiful, room was very nice. Bathroom door didn't open all the way due to the track on the floor being off. Their was someone next door playing very loud music on and off for the whole night. You can definitely hear sounds from the room next door very easily. I did have a drink at the bar and the service was amazing. I had a chicken quesadilla from the restaurant and it was the best I have every had. I will be back, thank you for the nights stay."

"I like that around the areas of the hotel was clean. I disliked that it took 1hr and 45 minutes before my suite was actually ready. That was time I could have used towards getting my birthday celebration in order. "

Located within walking distance of downtown Northampton and Smith College, the location couldn’t be better. The staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay.
