The apartment is secure, situated within electronically controlled gates with free parking. If you like walking, there are plenty of parks and nature trails within easy reach (nearby Welwyn Garden City boasts Stan-borough Park - a large country park with water sport facilities) for those with dogs and children. It is also suitable for professionals working in the area for an extended period of time.


Guest access
As guests, you will have the freedom of their own space to come and go as you please. The apartment is for your sole use only, with the patio'd communal area on the ground floor being accessible to all residents. Parking is provided in the underground lot free of charge for one car, however there is also street parking outside the gates.

Polite notice: with the train station being very close bye, it is possible that you will hear some noise pollution during the day - not so much as to detract from a great stay, however!
