"Great stay! Lovely clean room in a great area right across from Kings cross station. The one thing to look out for is that our room was on the top floor and had 4 flights of stairs with no lift, no problem for us but could be an issue for others"

"Room was a bit small but I am satisfied because I am small convenient with kitchenette. One thing I probably comment was a bit far from Hammersmith station. Nice area I feel save also has lock at the door that you need code to get in. Register is 109 addr. "

"Well located near Marble Arch tube and easy venue to find. Entrance ok, although escalator out of action. Reception good and quick, bar area nice. Room lovely and large. Bed very comfortable and great to have plug and usb bits next to the bed. overall good experience and will return"

"Perfect location, stylish hotel, great stay!” Loved staying at The Cumberland! Super close to Hyde Park!!! you can literally walk everywhere. The room was clean, modern, and way more spacious than I expected! . Bed was comfy, staff were super friendly, and the whole place just had a cool, upscale vibe without being too over-the-top. Would definitely stay here again next time I’m in London! "

"Loved our deluxe size room and the folks assisting with the bags, being shown directly to our room and the size, amenities and qualities of all products picked. The blissful bed delivered and was the comfiest of all beds we've stayed at and the noise level was so quiet (assuming there was good noise reduction techiniques in place AND also thenstreet its on is not overrun like some hotels we stayed at closer to victoria station area) that we often slept in numerous days and didnt realize how late it was."
