"This was my first hotel on my Japan trip and it kicked off my experience in Japan amazingly. It is convenient to most of the main areas and close to a mini don quoite. The room although small could fit my large suitcase and cabin bag fine. The cleanliness was awesome and the staff were friendly. We were worried about baggage delivery to our Airbnb but they aided us with that to help us find a solution. However if the next place you are staying at is a hotel they will also send that on for you too! Furthermore they have a section will all sorts of amenities you could need from sunscreen to spare toothbrushes. Overall I would definitely stay here again next time. Do not get put off by some of the review I didn’t smell anything, be it cigarettes smells or sewage. "

"The bed was very comfortable. The quality of the comforter was excellent. I like to sleep in a cool room and the comforter kept me a comfortable temperature. The room faces the sun in the morning and can get warm, but the ductless system quickly cooled the room. The sheets and pillow cases are of excellent quality. All the common areas were clean. The service was excellent. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Most of them did understand English and a few also spoke English as well. There is a shared bathroom and a separate shared shower for men on each floor. There at 3 separate woman’s showers and multiple bathrooms for women on each floor. "

"The location was amazing. A short walk or train ride to almost everywhere but a nice, quiet place to rest at the end of the day. Our room was super spacious as well. We had a bedroom and a separate tatami room. The room was wonderful but is due for a bit of remodeling soon. One cabinet door in the bathroom fell off when we were there. But we would stay there again. Staff was also super helpful. "
