"This is a beautiful home convenient to town and beach. It does not have 4 bedrooms - it does sleep 8"

"Great host. Convenient location for a visit to Chatham."

"We had a wonderful stay! The house was spotless, well-stocked with everything we needed, and in a fantastic location. We especially enjoyed spending time in the backyard and taking advantage of all the great amenities. Eric was friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay, making the entire experience seamless. We would happily stay here again!"

"The property is an older timeshare and dated."

"Another good year on the books! Thanks Jenny for the use of your lovely home!"

"Great place right near the beach. Size of the house was perfect for a group of 5, and Kevin was an awesome host and very responsive. 10/10 would stay again"

"Great location. Spacious house."

"Clean and comfortable- Exactly what we needed for our trip to the Cape; we would definitely recommend!"

"Our stay was amazing. Very comfortable place. Amazing kitchen space with all the utensils. Great location and the beach is near by. Our dogs really enjoy the place and the beautiful garden. We highly recommend this beautiful home. "

"This was the perfect place for our 5 day Cape getaway. Located very centrally on the cape. Close to everything! 10 minute walk to local beach and less than 5 minute drive to other beaches. AC was a plus! Grill on the deck was put to good use as well. The outdoor shower is clean and great. There were 3 of us and place couldve accommodated 3 or 4 more. Host was easily communicated. Would stay again 100%."

"The house was amazing! It was so much bigger than the photos could even let on. Cathy was very helpful and communicative before and during our stay. Only a short walk from the Pelham House where we had a wedding. If you're traveling with multiple cars, try to condense to two for parking, but could not recommend this place enough! Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

"House was beautiful, well maintained and in an ideal location. Short walk to the beach where the tide can go out to about a mile. Never seen a tide go out that far. Truly breathtaking. Take time to read Sally Gunnings books. She a fine author. If we ever get back to Cape Cod this will be where we stay."

"Excellent location. Central to many things. Quiet neighborhood. Very safe. Very clean. Only complain is staining of the furniture, which probably could use some work, but everything else is great"
