Nicely renovated, sun-filled Cape home .A bright and cheerful sun-room with flat screen TV, overlooks a spacious patio and a beautiful gardens with hydrangeas, rose bushes & mature landscaping. Lovely kitchen with granite counter tops, newer appliances with a cathedral and beamed ceiling. The large fully equipped kitchen opens to the dining area & separate comfortable living room with flat screen T.V. Plenty of room for everyone! First floor bedroom is spacious, bright & includes 1 queen bed. Bedroom 2 is spacious & has 2 twins. First floor shared bath has fully renovated marble tiled bathroom with a walk- in tiled shower with rain head. Upstairs are two large bedrooms. Bedroom 3 is very spacious & comfortable with a king size bed, sitting area with leather couch. Bedroom 4 is spacious with 2 twin beds, crib & pack & play and game table with chairs. Wonderful Family Vacation!

My family and I had an amazing stay at Nancy’s home! The house was very clean and spacious. The outdoor space was also a wonderful addition with gas grill and plenty of lounging and eating space in a quiet backyard. Would absolutely stay again!

Nice week on the cape

Great location and property. The house was just as pictured and very clean. The location made it easy to walk to the center of Harwich and bike trail. Could get to Harwich beaches in less than 10 minutes. Overall very happy with the rental.

Great Home! Great location!

This house was bigger than it appeared on line. Great indoor and outdoor spaces for Grandparents to share a Cape Cod week with family. Centrally located for easy drives to 5 different beaches. This home was located in a quiet neighborhood which felt safe and relaxed.

Perfect family place!

House better than described! Beds very comfortable! Yard was perfect to sit outside to relax, have dinner etc! Plenty of room for kids to play outside. Outdoor shower was super!

Great location

The location was great! Within walking distance to a local park that had pickleball courts. Also we could ride our bikes to the Old Colony Rail Trial which links up with the Cape Cod Rail Trail. The backyard was nicely landscaped. I would recommend this place.

Clean and comfortable

The house was just as described in the listing. Good layout with enough space for our extended family. Centrally located to all of our favorite spots on the Cape. Some of the checkout rules were a little tough, but not impossible.

Comfortable house

We had a very nice stay at this house. Its in a quiet neighborhood which we liked and is a half mile from the rail trail and has easy access to rt 6. We had 3 adults and 3 children and everyone had enough space. The pictures are accurate. Kids loved the outdoor shower.

Beautiful Cape Cod Home

Nancy was an absolutely great host! We had a wonderful stay in her beautiful home for our family vacation! We were on the Cape for a family reunion and this spot was the perfect central location! The home is within walking distance to Cranberry Valley Golf Course and also to Whitehouse Field where the Harwich Mariners play baseball. It was also conveniently located to so many local attractions. It was so nice to have my entire family together in one place with plenty of room! We could not have asked for anything more! Would highly recommend this rental for your family vacation!

This VRBO Cheered Us Up

VRBO pictures are always taken in the best light, and it rained 5 of the 7 days we were in Cape Cod, so my wife and I were very pleased when we first entered our rental unit. Despite the gloomy weather outside, the entire unit looked very close to the very attractive VRBO pictures. While the upstairs hasn't been updated in awhile, the 1st floor bathroom and the kitchen were very current. LOVED the 1st floor shower.!!! And having the brand new washer and dryer in the basement wasn't a problem, because the basement was very clean and well lit. New bedroom sheets and comforters would give the bedrooms a fresh look, but we were asleep most of the time while in those rooms. For 1st time visitors to Cape Cod, this VRBO location was excellent - as we wanted to visit towns from Woods Hole to Provincetown...and we did. This unit is very fairly priced, and if we drive up from Charlotte again, I hope its available for us to rent again.

Great location

The property was both spacious and comfy. The kitchen was great to work in and well stocked. The beds were comfortable and the light blocking shades were helpful. There was an issue with one of the shower doors but we were informed that it was safe and it was being worked on. Nancy was available via text for any issues or concerns. There was more cleaning required prior to leaving than many other places I have stayed at VRBO but it was do-able. Safe neighborhood and great yard

Lovely home in Harwich

The house was very nice and fairly well-equipped. The kitchen was great and we really enjoyed the family room. The grounds were beautiful and the location was perfect. We did miss having a tv or even a radio in the master bedroom upstairs, and could have used more towels, tub mats and toilet paper. The streaming tv’s did take getting used to, but worked out fine. Overall, great stay!

Beautiful home and property

Loved our stay at The Anchor. Yes, there's a HUGE rusty ole anchor in the side yard. Nancy was very attentive to our needs. THANK YOU! Loved the AC, the two large comfortable sitting areas, easy access to smartTV, internet, wonderful washer and dryer. Yard games, beach chairs, flower gardens. Quiet neighborhood, perfect kitchen with Jenn Air stove. Well equipped kitchen HUGE GE fridge. Bank Street beach is close by and perfect for families. Loved the nearby rail-trail and ferry to Nantucket. Truly is a Lovely community. Can't wait to go back. Thank you Nancy.

Wonderful Family Vacation

Homeowner, Nancy, was so helpful both before our stay and during out stay. The house was so clean and bright. The beds were comfortable and linens were provided. The neighborhood was quiet and so welcoming. Biking trails, walking in the neighborhood, beaches, town, everything was very close. We cannot wait to return next year!!

2022 Summer Stay at “The Anchor”

My family and I had a lovely stay at “The Anchor”. The house was well appointed and roomy for a family of 8. The patio was great for outdoor dining and the yard was perfect for wiffle ball games. Nancy was a great host! The house is conveniently located to town and the beach! Fun was had by all!
