"It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The lodge was a really high standard, the owners had thought of everything. The cherry on the top was the hot tub. The owners were really friendly, and at hand if you needed them. A really great place to stay if you want peace and quiet, and to get away from the hustle and bustle of every day life. "This hotel is a hidden gem! The host, Maria, is truly wonderful. Her attention to detail is fab, and she couldn't be anymore helpful and welcoming. Maria stayed late for my colleagues check in and then came in early to accommodate us for an early breakfast. The dinner was divine - strongly recommend the tikka curry. Home cooked, beautiful meal. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I will ensure I book here when I visit Birmingham again!!!"
