"My hotel room, for the price, was mediocre. There was residue or dirt or something on the linoleum floor at entryway, I wiped it down and the cloth was black. The rooms have heavy steel doors, and when your door closes, it makes a loud crashing sound, so every time someone on the floor closes their door, you hear crash after crash of the doors closing. The towel rack in my bathroom fell out of the wall onto the floor during my stay, almost fell on me, I ran out of Kleenex within about an hour...

"Strengths: Front staff person was helpful and efficient. Generally hotel in state of good repair and decently quiet. Ambiguous: Rooms were pretty clean, though mine had a used towel behind the door and a piece of candy wrapper. Sheets seemed clean (though wrinkled?). Television worked intermittantly. Weakness: The breakfast was the major disappointment. Hardly any milk (and the lady seemed to be pouring individual servings into the dispenser?), food did not seem fresh, little selection, not...

"Room showed definite signs of wear. Desk clerk said they could only issue one key card which I didn’t believe to be true. Very inconvenient for two travelers with different itineraries. Not the most memorable of experiences. Will evaluate other options on next trip."

"We booked in late everybody was great got us in a room helped us relocate in a different room was very nice Jeff shift manager or front desk not sure of his title but if he wasn't a manager he needs to be one help my fiance get the room changed to accommodate what we needed he was very helpful very polite he done an excellent job very very happy with his service"
