"Great location! Beautiful historical building. Easy walk from the Amtrak station and to all of the sites. We had two adult kids with my husband and I in one room with two queen beds. Tight for 4, but very doable. "

"Great location. In walking distance to many restaurants and attractions and just a block away from the subway / T. The hotel was extensively remodeled in 2023 and shows well. The fitness room is extensive. The hotel room was clean and the elevators were very quick. The valet parking is very expensive, but there are many public parking garages around including the Boston Commons garage for $20/day on the weekends. That garage also has extensive EV charging bays. As others have mentioned, though, if you get the standard room it's TINY. If you're on the bigger side, you won't fit into the bathroom or shower."

"The best hotel staff I have seen in years and years. So pleasant, so helpful, so responsive when there is an issue. Truly superior staff - whoever is doing the hiring and training is a special human. Special shout out to Kelly at the restaurant and the doorman (sorry didn't get a name) who were so helpful during my solo stay while handicapped with a broken ankle. Handicapped room was a bit small and far from elevator, but well equipped and comfortable. Was able to work comfortably in room. Beautiful flowers from the restaurant on mother's day. Food and cocktails were solid/inventive. Beautiful lobby if you have to cool your heels."
