Bagwant from the security team stood out for his courteous and attentive approach, always greeting us with a smile and ensuring everything felt safe and comfortable. We also deeply appreciate Haydin, the duty manager, who handled an issue we encountered with remarkable efficiency and professionalism, it was resolved so quickly that it barely disrupted our experience. The property itself is stunning, with breathtaking views, beautifully maintained spaces, and a calm, relaxing atmosphere that makes it hard to leave. Every detail, from the rooms to the service, reflects the high standards you expect from Taj. Overall, it was a memorable stay, made even more special by the wonderful team. " Had a fantastic three-night stay at Storii by ITC Shanti Morada. Having stayed at six different hotels in Goa, this one easily stands out as my favorite. The food was excellent, the staff were exceptional, and the heritage décor added a unique charm to the overall experience. From the moment I arrived, the welcome was warm and personal. Shuhana and the team took the time to ask about my journey, presented me with a necklace, and gave me a detailed tour of both the property and my room. Rakish, at the service and bar, was outstanding—engaging, attentive, and consistently ensuring everything was perfect throughout my stay. Laltu truly made the experience feel like home. He always seemed to be around whenever I needed anything, offering help with genuine care and warmth. I also had the pleasure of meeting Arpit, who checked in on my stay and ensured everything was going smoothly. It was a thoughtful and classy gesture that added to an already memorable visit. Even during checkout, he was incredibly helpful and accommodated a late checkout to align with my airport transfer. I would highly recommend this hotel for its authentic Goan atmosphere, five-star service, and peaceful location in North Goa. If you do stay here, I encourage you to look out for and appreciate the wonderful team members—Laltu, Rakish, Shuhana, and Arpit—who truly make the experience special. "Rude poolside staff and our room was very dated. The TV didn't work and we got bitten a number of times by bed bugs. Definitely wouldn't consider going back again. Hotel staff need to realize they work for the customer not the other way around "

"The spa was fantastic as was the gym. Breakfast came with lots of choice in a wonderful setting. I enjoyed going to nearby Fisherman’s Wharf for dinner. The staff was what made this place particularly fantastic. I highly recommend this place !"
