"We have chosen the olace due its good location in Brighton - very close to train station (5 mins) and close to all the things you need (groceries,restaurants, etc). "It was a lovely flat with plenty of space but we were disappointed with the condition. The shower and toilet were very dirty and the sofa had all the seat cushion zips broken and the stuffing hanging out. Was not worth the money we paid and there was no welcome from the owners or information about local events etc."

"The owner is lovely and conscious of lodgers needs and goes out of her way. The place was clean and nicely decorated, includes TV, washer, shower, brochures and advice if needed. The balcony has tranquil views with chairs, table allowing further relaxation. There are - co-op, tesco, aldi for grocery shopping. Breakfast or lunch in town, prices are reasonable. The Tree House is a magical place. "

The house was well appointed with comfy beds and all home comforts. Beautiful landscape views. Hosts were very accomodating and very reactive to any requests.
