"Comfortable room, disappointed that one of our rooms did not have a kettle with tea and coffee. Unfortunately a dashboard parking permit was not issued at check in resulting in a Council penalty charge which management have agreed to sort out."

"Nice rooms in a great location. Breakfast was really good. Beware which room you are allocated as we were just above a function room and had thumping music till midnight. Not great to not be told prior and asked if that was OK (which it wasn't!) Guess many of those at the function would have been staying at the hotel so would have been better to allocate nearby rooms to them. No staff to speak to when we checked out so could not pass on our disappointment"

"Our second visit here. Excellent central location, room, size, Parking, food, and staff. this time, we got put in the annex next door to the hotel,and the rooms were spacious and the beds very comfortable. Harrogate is an excellent base to explore Yorkshire. Quite unique in its layout with parks that extend into the downtown area."

"Accommodation was great, especially with a dog. Breakfast was great too and I barely needed lunch as I was so full. Only disappointment was evening meal which was pretty average. For example pizza base was hard and cheese was chewy and tasteless. Shame as staff were great. For dog owners a fridge would be helpful too"

"Slightly hidden reception area but a well located hotel. Traditional ‘style’ hotel that’s had a refurb. Nice bed, spacious room with a big bathroom. Very helpful staff on reception who went out of their way to help. Lots of choice at breakfast (which was reasonably priced)."
