"We stayed at this property for my husband's graduation from SUNY Canton. Canton is an easy 20-30 minute ride. The house is extremely clean and well-kept. The outside needed a little cleaning up, but we figured since it's May, there probably hasn't been a spring clean-up done. We were still able to sit outside and barbeque, and it did not have any effect on our good time. The lake is absolutely beautiful, and even though neighbors are close, you feel like you are somewhere private. We were able to have a nice fire, there was more than enough firewood to keep the fire going. The neighbors do have dogs that bark pretty frequently, but that didn't bother us much. We would visit this property again in a heartbeat."
