"Room was clean and spacious even though this hotel is known for having smaller rooms. I found it pretty well sized for a single traveler. The staff was kind and very helpful. I know some people have an issue with the hotel room keys being needed to take you to your room but considering how many people are in the area all the time (it's times square duh!) I think it adds a layer of security and I felt very comfortable knowing people without a key couldn't make it to anyone's floor."
