"My kids were eaten alive by bed bugs and spider bites! I was told we would get a different room on our second night and we returned to the hotel to find that not only did did they not have a different room for us but said they entered our room without our permission or knowledge and said they sprayed for bugs. They had not sprayed anything. We had to find other accommodation and were extremely put out. "

"Reconsider staying in the Bricktown area of OKC. Loud cars revving/racing and music blaring until 3am, even on a weeknight. The hotel was great, but we got very little sleep."

"The breakfast, as advertised, was a continental breakfast, but for a continental breakfast it was excellent. The a/c worked well and was very quiet - the bathroom has just been remodeled and was gorgeous, and the beds were very comfortable. The maid service was outstanding."
