"We immediately felt welcome and pampered in this attractive apartment. It is comfortable, quiet, and tastefully decorated, including new appliances. It has a relaxing rural ambiance with easy access to the Interstate and a short drive to Binghamton. Daryl, the host, is friendly, insightful, and helpful. We got a good night's sleep, and our little dog enjoyed running around in the yard. All in all, an unusually pleasant place to stay."

"We were there for house hunting. Location was great for us. Everything was within a 5-10 minute drive. Home was neat and clean. Furnished fairly well for the size but there was no place for me to unpack. There were hangers in the closets but they were stuffed with extra pillows, blankets, etc. Host only communicated through the VRBO message board which made it a little difficult. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again if needed."

"Clean inside, reasonably priced and clear communication from the owner. The only drawback was the neighborhood was definitely a little sketchy and there was only on street parking and it was on a side street that the house wasn’t on."

"The apartment was adorable and provided a great place for my grandson and I to just hang out after celebrating middle school promotion. His house is only 10 minutes from town so it was easy to go between. Love the apartment and the town. We had several good meals while watching TV. "Liz and George are amazing hosts! (We also love Elvis the dog and Calli the cat!) Everything was as described and the art decorating the home, all crafted by Liz, was beautiful. The bed was super comfy! There were so many things to do nesrby including a farmers market, antique shops and great mom and pop shops. We made new friends with our hosts and 100% recommend this listing. We will be back!!!!"

Also, I wasn't sure how to turn on the baseboard heater in the bedroom. I turned on the bathroom and left the door open."
