Barry's Bungalow is a newly renovated apartment conveniently located on Route 12 just south of Greene, 11 mi to Binghamton, 17 mi to Animal Adventure Park, 21 mi to Binghamton University, 43 mi to Ithaca, and 65 mi to Cooperstown or Syracuse. Dogs are allowed for an additional cleaning fee. Unique features include exposed barn beams and a garage door in the living space, bringing the outdoors in!

This apartment is the other half of a small family owned barber shop. It has a large front porch and outdoor yard area. There is 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, as well as a couch that folds out with a queen size memory foam mattress to comfortably sleep 4 guests.

The thermostat in the kitchen controls a high efficiency central air and heating unit, you may change the temperature based on your preference to help you feel comfortable and right at home!

We partner with Tri County Auto Rental to offer a 10% discount on your rental car when you stay with us. Bicycle and Kayak rentals may be available upon request.

Holiday weekend

My husband and I came for a long weekend. The place was clean and well stocked with everything we could want. The location was perfect, close to the state park, which we relaxed at a few days. Greene was a quaint little town with great breakfast spot and a few fun restaurants.Our host was easy to reach for any questions and response was within minutes. The place was comfortable and spotless. Quiet spot, easy to access. The bed was comfy, large tv and a notebook with everything we needed to know about the area. We would highly recommend and will definitely stay again if in the area!
