Our room had french doors out on to the riverside. Super friendly and courteous staff. Look forward to staying again"

The staff were very apologetic about this. Gluten free bread was provided for us...all done with a smile! The hotel was easy to find and within easy reach of Southampton port...we definitely stay here again."
