"-The building is split into 3 units and we booked all 3 as we had 11 people. Frankie Says had locked us out of two of the units when we arrived.-Sent us on a wild goose chase across London for a key that didn't exist-Spoke to us like they were doing is a favor letting us stay there, rather than a group who had paid a vast amount (not good value). -Top room temps got up to 36C, even with fans. -Not suitable for families due to the endless noise from bars and rubbish trucks.-The kids feet...
