"Lovely food, great service. Room was clean, thankfully had a fan in the room as it was such a hot day/night. Very quiet in the respect of pub noise, couldn't be heard. Unfortunately there is a very noisy extractor fan, but that did get turned off at around 10.30. But it was back on at 6.30 this morning. Breakfast was really nice. Little water bottles in the room nice touch, but cold ones would be better. Perfect poached eggs."

"Exterior of the property looked good from afar. Front patio in need of redeem ring uneven surfaces. Pub like communal bench outside. Basic flat pack furniture design. Floor to ceiling window in second main bedroom with no option to open. All windows have office blinds that are either broken or unable to use. No room has the ability to be dark when the sun is out. With many windows unable to open the rooms were excessively hot with only two egg timer operated revolving floor fans to cool down. The beds are extremely uncomfortable single bedroom the mattress was flat and bowed in the middle. Sofa bed unusable as central support had collapsed meaning sofa and bed function inoperative. For a place that accommodates for seven the dining room has five chairs and the sofa sits three at a push. Cutlery amounted to 5 plates (one chipped), 3 bowls, 4 forks, 3 spoons. Crockery was left with coffee in and stains used glasses and mugs. Cleanliness was unhygienic, insect "

"Nice secluded location. Convenient to get to A11 and all of the shops in Thetford. House was clean and had a well stocked kitchen."

"The Lodge has everything you need for a peaceful getaway. It’s modern and comfortable and overlooks fields so completely private with hot tub, fire pit and bbq all ready to use The Nags Head pub does good food and is walking distance. "Wonderful barn in a beautiful location. Just what we needed to celebrate my wife’s 49th Birthday! Spacious lounge and lovely bedrooms. Surrounding grounds are lovely and would recommend a walk at the local nature reserve. Would definitely recommend this property for a relaxing getaway. "

"Very impressed with the property. We were a large family group and the house was very well suited for our needs. Three bathrooms and large open plan lounge kitchen meant we could spread out. Very clean and comfortable. Would just say the blinds need looking at in the lounge as all 3 were broken. And a floor length mirror would be perfect for hair drying/makeup. "
