"I had the pleasure of staying at the Hyatt House in downtown Augusta for an Awards event I was attending after being selected as a finalist. The hospitality I received at the HH was nothing short of exceptional. They went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect, even providing a curling iron when I realized I forgot mine! The rooftop bar and seating area is a must-visit if you’re ever in the area – the views and the atmosphere was so relaxing. David, at the front desk clerk even waited up to see if I won and celebrated with me when I returned, despite not winning – it was such a sweet and uplifting moment!"

"We LOVED the staff. Everyone was so accommodating, friendly and full of smiles. The best was Horace. He made breakfast our favorite time of day. He took such good care of us and really went out of his way to make our day. The only issue we had at the property was i was a little nervous. The area had a lot of homeless and i did see security driving around. The elevators were pretty dirty but the rooms were fine. We appreciated the gated parking lot. I would only stay here again for the staff. "
