"Perfect location a stone's throw from Gloucester Road underground station. Lots of good dining options on site or nearby. Parking is expensive at £50/day, but very convenient. Rooms large and well equipped - and quiet considering its in Central London. Big and comfy beds. Nice looking lobby and comfortable bar. Very attentive staff. Will add this to my preferred list when staying in London."

"Employees are helpful but appear understaffed. Generally the hotel is in need of a refresh. The location is excellent as it is close to Harrods ( 1 block), same distance to the tube and easily available transportation. Incredible selection of highend shops at your fingertips! Numerous choices for food within 2 blocks or less."

"The breakfast was very good, however the coffee was from an urn and was disappointing and not nice.. The food selection menu in the evening was very limited, however, the Frankie Burger was good and the bar staff were very pleasant. The escalator was not working up to reception on the first floor (G)"
